Long time T2 fan and very big fan of the torque engine it ran on. Many of the latter games that followed felt lacking in something that kept me wanting to go back to T2. What other engines had you considered for Mid Air?

I love Torque and GarageGames - used to work there! We evaluated Torque, Unity and Unreal when we were looking around. We decided to go with Unreal because it has a much better art pipeline and more modern features that really upped the quality of our game.
It's probably the lack of 'hop' when you're skiing, which started with T:V. BugsPray and Co should look at simulating the 'hop' while keeping the deadstop-stopping frictionless slide.
